Why products I havent made?
Well, I have come across some pretty good options that are on the market for low carb & no sugar. However, living in the Cariboo doesn't provide the convenience of city or urban store access.
In this section you will find some shelf items that I have never seen available up here, and to bring them in you'd need to order the minimum which not only adds up but can put a squeeze on our already stretched budgets when alternative food in needed.
These are, off the shelf products I can bring in from my suppliers and wanted to offer ones that are made with just as high quality ingredients, that I feel you too may enjoy too.

2 ounces is alot
2 ounces of pasta weighed out dry is a generous serving. I cook 1 ounce to accommodate my hearty meat sauce and it more than satisfies with only 12 g of carbs. Crazy delicious, just ask my husband who missed pasta for so long!
